Meet Corey B. Kronzer

Corey B. Kronzer is a third-generation Texas trial lawyer with more than a decade of experience representing injured individuals in a wide range of personal injury matters, including those in the workplace, motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, and other cases involving serious injuries.

Background

Before joining Perdue & Kidd, Corey’s practice focused primarily on representing injured railroad workers in claims against railroad companies under the Federal Employers’ Liability Act. Corey has represented injured workers across the country in cases against the nation’s largest railroad companies. These cases primarily involved injuries due to unsafe workplaces, including defective railcars and locomotives, unsafe work methods, dangerous track conditions, train and motor vehicle collisions, and violations of safety rules and industry standards.

Corey served as sole trial counsel for a locomotive engineer injured in a collision between a train and a tractor-trailer. The case resulted in a $1 million jury verdict against the trucking company and its driver. The verdict was recognized among Texas’ Top 50 verdicts of 2025 in both personal injury and motor vehicle accident categories.

Corey earned his law degree from South Texas College of Law Houston, where he was a member of the school’s nationally ranked trial advocacy program, and his bachelor’s degree in finance and entrepreneurship from Baylor University.

Outside of the office, Corey spends his time with his wife, Rachel, trying to keep up with their two young daughters.
